These high-quality, beautiful Giclée prints are made locally in Madison, Wisconsin. The texture of the paper and the high-definition scan combined means that this print looks just like my original painting! The paper is soft and beautiful, with the texture of the original watercolor paper I used to make my painting!

This painting idea made me cackle! Lake Baikal, my boo, is the deepest and oldest lake in the world! It's home to over 1,000 endemic species and the Omul fish is one such species! It's a prized delicacy to the local people and it's a critical part of the lake's unique ecosystem. Utilizing the adorable fish tin to showcase Lake Baikal only felt right! There are all sorts of hidden clues on the tin, from a reference to its age (25 million years old) to the depth (5,387 feet deep). Of course, on the top of the tin is a tiny image of the Nerpa Seal, Lake Baikal's most famous endemic species. And then some ghosties! For Spooky Lake Month, of course.

The original artwork was gouache on watercolor paper. This edition is Giclée printed on watercolor, 100% cotton rag, acid-free, archival paper.
