Cahill Croc Giclée Print

The texture of the paper and the high-definition scan combined means that this print looks just like my original painting! The paper is soft and beautiful, with the texture of the original watercolor paper I used to make my painting! 

I'm obsessed with Cahill's Crossing in Australia! It might be the only road where traffic jams involve saltwater crocodiles instead of cars. At high tide, dozens of salties gather here like scaly commuters, waiting for fish to wash over the causeway (and sometimes unlucky tourists, too). Watching them snap at the water is thrilling… as long as you stay far enough back to avoid becoming the main course.

I didn't take a lot of progress videos for this one... I think I kinda blacked out. But I did watch the Eras Tour twice while doing it so this croc reminds me of Taylor Swift 🐊💃🏼

The original artwork was gouache on watercolor paper. This edition is Giclée printed on watercolor, 100% cotton rag, acid-free, archival paper.
